My health and fitness journey started about 11 years ago. I lost my sister/best friend to breast cancer.
Simultaneously, my former spouse was suffering from a genetic disease that caused renal failure, resulting in him being on kidney dialysis for 8 years before receiving a transplant. This motivated me to find a better way of living a healthy life.
