“Everything in life is a vibration” – Albert Einstein
All life on Earth and in space is vibrating on different frequencies. I am sure you all have heard this at some point in your life and might think this is new-age esoteric jargon. This is actual science, the law of vibration states to materialize something; you must first match the vibration of what you want. This is just one of Ancient Egypt’s 12 universal laws attributed to hermetic philosophy. The law of vibration is the second universal law. It posits that everything (every atom, object, and living thing) is in constant motion, vibrating at a specific frequency. Our bodies frequently vibrate according to our thoughts, relationships, the food we eat, and how we care for ourselves.
The higher our vibrations are, the more our divine energy and life can flow easily. When we eat highly processed dead food laden with chemicals that harm us and don’t get enough sleep, sunshine, and exercise, we lower our vibe and become weak, sick, and sluggish. We start to die prematurely and are not living to our God-given potential. This modern world is inundated with toxic chemicals and low vibrational foods and activities. Therefore, it is essential to detox your body regularly and eat high-nutrient-dense foods.
This does not mean that everyone must be dogmatic and eat only raw fruits and vegetables and juice all the time. Balance is key, and I know one diet does not work for everyone. We need to have times that we do a detox with juicing and raw living foods periodically. It is also important to listen to your body’s nutritional needs and what you feel is ethical. Although meat is on a lower frequency than plants, your body can assimilate the nutrients better than a processed protein powder. It is best to source from wild game or grass-fed organic animals or eggs. Eating a whole food natural diet is the choice for vibrancy and beauty.
The highest vibrating source to feed your body is sunlight. Plants are the next best source. They get their energy from the sun; when you consume plants, you feel it too. This is one reason why I love juicing! You get so many nutrients, and because most of the fiber is taken out and your body does not have to work on digesting it, it goes directly to your cells. Don’t get me wrong, fiber is very good for you, and we need it to have a healthy GI tract, but when you come from a low vibe diet and have sickness, excess weight, and disease, you need the nutritional power of the juice to detox and raise your vibration.
